Christmas and New Year Opening Times and Support

Below you will find a summary of the sales and technical support service we will be offering in December 2019.
Normal service means that our offices are open and you can contact us via any of the usual methods. Orders placed and paid for before 12pm UK time will be dispatched the same day.
Limited service means that our offices are closed or partly closed. You will not be able to place orders or receive technical support by phone on those days. You can still place orders online on these days, and we will aim to dispatch your order on the next normal service day. Communications via our website and email will be answered, although not as promptly as usual.
Remember that the support section of our website is available all year round, 24 hours a day, and contains a range of materials to help you, including:
- Instructions for updating your Microcosm software
- Knowledge bases documenting common issues and error codes
- Driver downloads
- Useful information to provide when contacting us for support
We recommend that you always refer to these online support pages before contacting us. You will often find the solution to your problem there, or find information that will help you to narrow down the cause of the problem and help our support team to get you and your customers up and running again as quickly as possible.
