Full details of our opening times and sales and technical support over the festive period.

Below you will find a summary of the sales and technical support service we will be offering in December 2019.

Normal service means that our offices are open and you can contact us via any of the usual methods. Orders placed and paid for before 12pm UK time will be dispatched the same day.

Limited service means that our offices are closed or partly closed. You will not be able to place orders or receive technical support by phone on those days. You can still place orders online on these days, and we will aim to dispatch your order on the next normal service day. Communications via our website and email will be answered, although not as promptly as usual.
