Full details of changes to our service due to Christmas, New Year and the latest coronavirus guidelines.
Below you will find a summary of the sales and technical support service we are offering in December 2021 and January 2022. We are following all government guidelines on COVID-19 (coronavirus), and as a result have a greatly reduced staff working in our offices. Despite this, we have worked hard to ensure only a minimal impact on the prompt, high-quality service that you expect from Microcosm.
We would also like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your custom in 2021, and we look forwarding to continuing to work with you in 2022.
Remember that the support section of our website is available all year round, 24 hours a day, and contains a range of materials to help you, including:
- Instructions for updating your Microcosm software
- Knowledge bases documenting common issues and error codes
- Driver downloads
- Useful information to provide when contacting us for support
We recommend that you always refer to these online support pages before contacting us. You will often find the solution to your problem there, or find information that will help you to narrow down the cause of the problem and help our support team to get you and your customers up and running again as quickly as possible.
Normal service means that our offices are open and you can contact us via any of the usual methods. Orders placed and paid for before 12pm UK time will be dispatched the same day. Support for Dinkey Pro/FD is available by phone, but please check the online support resources before contacting us.
Reduced service means that our offices are open, but technical support is not available by phone on these days.
Limited service means that our offices are closed or partly closed. You will not be able to place orders or receive technical support by phone on these days. You can still place orders online, and we will aim to dispatch your order on the next normal service day. Communications via our website and email will be answered, although not as promptly as usual.
